Our Mission: To grow Canada’s social impact ecosystem by democratizing access to crowdfunded community investments powered by bitcoin’s blockchain technology.
Our Vision: Exponential growth of social enterprises fueled by the easy access to community investments, thereby creating a stronger local economy and reducing poverty.
Products & Services:
- Community Investment Platform - where Canadian non-profits can issue community bonds to raise capital for their charitable programs, and where mission-lead for-profit businesses can raise start-up and growth capital utilizing equity crowdfunding to achieve their social impact goals.
- Community Marketplace - where merchandise, art (both physical and digital) and other mission related items can be sold to promote charitable programs and generate unrestricted revenues
- Community Impact Fund - that will co-invest in Social Enterprises and lend to Canadian charities. Individuals and organizations may donate to this fund in order to scale its impact.
- Digital Assets Education - Educating the public and organizations on blockchain’s innovative and disruptive digital assets technology on which our investment platform and products are built on to ensure safe use and readiness to transition to the new cashless economy.
