Note: This workshop is part of CSED’s 3-part Practitioner Series—interactive, small-group masterclasses built for social entrepreneurs ready to master core operations, scale their revenue, and expand their impact.
About the Workshop
Sales revenue is essential to the success and growth of any business or social enterprise. But generating sales takes more than having a great product or service. It requires knowing who your customers are, how to reach them, how to communicate your value and, most importantly, how to turn opportunities into actual sales.
This practical, interactive workshop focuses on taking action to grow your sales, whether you’re just getting started or looking to expand and accelerate your existing sales efforts. Through discussions, real-world examples and hands-on exercises, participants will explore practical techniques they can put to work immediately.
The workshop focuses on four key areas:
- Finding and reaching customers: Identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and choosing effective ways to connect with them.
- Starting conversations and generating interest: Getting your message across, communicating your value and opening doors to sales opportunities.
- Turning opportunities into sales: Practical approaches to selling, handling objections, following up and moving customers toward a buying decision.
- Building sales momentum: Organizing your sales activities, focusing your efforts and developing consistent habits that generate results.
Participants will leave with practical ideas, tools and actions they can apply immediately to reach more customers, create new opportunities and increase sales.
Why You Should Attend
“Build it and they will come” only happens in the movies. Growing sales requires getting out there, connecting with customers and consistently turning opportunities into results.
Whether you’re launching a new business or social enterprise, struggling to gain traction or looking to accelerate existing sales, this workshop will help you move beyond thinking about sales to actually doing more selling.
