Chef Ric’s embraces the legacy of the former Rideau Bakery, which provided warmth and a feeling of home for 90 years. Chef Ric’s follows this vision through:
- healthy and affordable prepared foods;
- an expanded catering service; and
- an expanded Food Services Training Program

- Catering: We bring good food to your table. We pride ourselves on customizing menus that work with events and budgets.
- Drinks & Snacks: We make healthy and affordable prepared foods to go. Daily breakfast specials are also available.
- Food Services Training Program: Since 2004, through our successful job training program, 90% of our graduates go on to work in the food service industry.
