Susan brings over two decades of experience across the private and nonprofit sectors. As Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ottawa, she leads a nationally recognized youth mentorship organization and has spent the past 10 years building and scaling its social enterprise, Thrive Select Thrift.

Susan strongly believes in CSED’s vision of a thriving social enterprise ecosystem and its mission to equip change makers with the skills, opportunities, and visibility they need to succeed. She is especially inspired by CSED’s work to build public awareness around social enterprise as a generator of community wealth.
