For nearly a decade, Justin has been a key contributor within the federal government’s Social Innovation and Community Development Directorate (in ESDC), helping to shape and implement major initiatives such as the Community Services Recovery Fund, and the Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy.

A firm believer in the power of collaboration, Justin’s work is driven by his commitment to building stronger, more resilient communities through better cross-sector partnerships and inclusive economic growth. He holds a Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Political Science.
