As the largest provider of palliative care education in Canada, Pallium Canada delivers award-winning, evidence-based training that transforms frontline health care practice.<\/p>\n<p>Pallium was founded in Canada, by Canadians and in service to Canadian health care professionals, patients and families, and communities. Pallium is a community of clinicians, educators, researchers, carers, administrators, volunteers, Aboriginal leaders and citizen advocates working together to accelerate the integration of palliative care in Canadian communities and health care systems.<\/p>\n<p>Pallium\u2019s vision is that palliative care is everyone\u2019s business, and every community has the potential to transform our society into a skilled, informed, and compassionate one with respect to palliative care.
