Ottawa Language Access (OLA) is a Social Enterprise that offers language interpretation support to health care organizations and providers whose clients do not speak English or French. Language can be the biggest barrier to accessing health care services. Misinterpretation and miscommunication can also lead to safety and compliance issues in a health care setting.
