In partnership with Fine and Dandy Maple and other local businesses, community programs, and farmers, we strive to make affordable produce available to all households, regardless of income level. Our offerings vary weekly based on product quality and pricing from our suppliers, reflecting our commitment to providing diverse options that meet the needs of our inclusive community.

Meals on Wheels (Ottawa) is a charitable, bilingual, volunteer-based not-for-profit in operation for over 50 years. By providing nutritious meals, our services allow members of the community to remain independent and healthy at home. Daily visits from Meals on Wheels also provides a caring contact, peace of mind, and support for clients and their loved ones.

Meals on Wheels/La Popote roulante is a not-for-profit agency that promotes the dignity, health and independence of people who are elderly, have disabilities or are convalescing in our catchment area by delivering affordable and nutritious meals to persons in need, being a point of contact within the health system, and working with other organizations in Eastern Ontario to develop a coordinated system for serving people in need.

A certified organic urban educational farm in Blackburn Hamlet, Ottawa. Our goal is to produce high quality produce while engaging the public about the importance of conservation through a connection to food. We grow seasonal field crops that are sold through farmers’ markets and restaurants. As an educational farm, our interest is to hire and train youth leaders to grow sustainable food as part of a team, and to participate as a part of the local ecosystem.
